•  Flash and Action Scripting
•  WordPress, Blogger and Joomla
•  Photoshop & Illustrator
•  Dreamweaver
•  E-Commerce and Gateways
•  Content Management
•  Expertise using front end web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, ASP, .Net,  ASP.Net, XML , C# and AJAX
•  Familiarity with Apache, Linux, Windows is a plus
•  Experience with cross-browser issues and work-arounds, as well as W3 web standards
•  Good documentation and communication skills
•  Knowledge in SEO and SMO is a plus
